Gelato Orders
Orders ship within 24 hours if order is placed by 12 noon
of the ordering day. Items ship Monday – Thursday.
If you place an order on Thursday item will ship out on
Monday however unless you select Saturday delivery. Saturday
is extra. Sogno Gelato packages every order to make sure
that your products arrive frozen, fresh and ready to eat.
Please remember gelato and other related frozen items are
perishable. We recommend promptly removing all perishable
items from the shipping container and placing them in the
freezer as soon as possible after delivery. In the event
your ship day is an Holiday your item will ship the following
day.
If you provide us with a preferred delivery
date we will do our best to meet this date or we will let
you know via email if we must schedule for a different date.
We may receive your order previous to the necessary shipping
date (you will receive email confirmation) but your credit
card will not be charged until the actual shipment date.
The turnaround time between your order and shipping is extremely
quick so we need to have an email address or phone number
where we can quickly reach you on the day previous to your
requested delivery date should there be problems with your
credit card.
Important: It is recommended that you provide an address
at which someone will be present to sign for the package
during business hours (most deliveries between noon and
4:30pm). In the event that there is no one present to receive
the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will
leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order
to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may
not be possible until the following day which could result
in melting. If you would still prefer the driver deliver
the package only after obtaining the signature of the recipient
rather than leaving the package, please indicate this on
your order form or when calling us.
These items are NOT for resale.
Payment Options
By credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express.
Sales Tax
All orders will be subject to applicable sales tax where
required by law.
Packaging System
Our gelato orders are carefully packed with dry ice in a
reusable insulated box, which is placed inside a corrugated
double strength box.
