WHAT IS GELATO? Gelato (jel-lah-toh) is a specialty Italian ice cream. If you have not tasted this before, you have missed a taste extravaganza. We have original recipes from Italy. We serve only the best ingredients and the necessary equipment is imported from Italy to make sure you get the true Italian experience. CREAMIER is one of the features of gelato. The main difference between Gelato and regular ice cream is the amount of air whipped into the product. Ice cream tends to have significantly larger amounts air compared to gelato. This makes gelato a denser, creamier tasting frozen dessert. Our cream flavor Gelato contains 4-8% fat and our fruit flavors made with fresh fruit are water-based, with no milk, cream or eggs, containing less than 1% fat. Gelato is made in small batches vs. Ice cream in larger batches thus less air.

Each dessert brings the decadence of Italy’s finest and always leaves you wanting more. Our Bubble Tea is served with your choice of choobees and/or coconut jelly. Choobees are colorful cubes that are fun to chew and Coconut Jelly adds additional flavor and spice to any drink. Our Specialty drinks include Shakes, Primo Cocoa Chocolate, and our Dream Gelato Lemonade.
